It’s a lot cheaper to get an existing or past customer to return to you as a repeat customer than to attract a new customer that has never been one, to begin with!

 

Most businesses miss out on the opportunity to get repeat business as they don’t market effectively to their databases of past customers. They are losing out on a huge opportunity to not only get those customers to return but also to remember to tell their friends about you, as you no longer remain in their subconscious thoughts. 

 

We offer a service that will send out a newsletter as and when you have content to share to your past customers. We will help manage that database so that you aren’t hassled with maintaining it yourself. 

 

Simply send us the first names and email addresses of all your past customers and then on an ongoing basis, we will set them up into an updated database from where we can send out newsletters and special promotions to your list of past and hopefully returning customers! You control the entire process and send us content that you wish to be sent out, we then make up a draft newsletter for your approval, and once you sign it off, we email it out on your behalf. 

 

We charge US$50 per newsletter, which includes the design of your newsletter, and sending it out to your list. There is a second fee to manage your database or list of clients. This is based on the number of clients in that list and is a monthly fee, whether you send out a newsletter in a particular month or not.
