We offer a unique email processing service that processes all your emails. Those need your attention are allocated to you, those that don’t are handled without taking up your valuable time. We use an email ticketing suite called Loginhelpdesk.com to manage this process on your behalf. Here’s how it works –
- We set up an email address linked to the name of your business, i.e. abcinfo@loginhelpdesk.com.
- You provide us with all the questions and answers that are typically asked in your regular emails. Our staff will use these answers when those questions are asked by your inquirers. So all emails that match the information that you provided, will be processed by our staff, whilst all those that don't will be allocated to you for your attention. Over time, you can add more questions and answers to the list of what we process so that you do less and less email processing, thereby saving you time and money!
- All emails that come into your @loginhelpdesk.com email address will be visible to you and our staff member handling your emails. He/she will read each one and then allocate them either to you or to him/herself for actioning.
- Those allocated to you will be available at any time for you to process and reply to from within the system.
- Those allocated to our staff member will be replied to within one working day (Monday to Friday). All these inbound and corresponding replies sent out on your behalf are always available for you to see at any time. So you remain in control of the process and can monitor this whenever you wish.
